Description

Solvent-Based Resin Technology
Formulated with high-grade resins dissolved in solvent, this sealer relies on deep penetration and evaporation to cure. Unlike surface-level water-based coatings, it soaks into the blockwork and the sand joints, binding the particles together to form a flexible, elastomeric joint. This structural stabilisation is critical for preventing the sand from washing away during cleaning or rain, while simultaneously inhibiting the root systems of weeds and moss.

Commercial Grade Durability
Designed for the extreme demands of public walkways, industrial premises, and residential driveways, this sealer offers superior resistance to "tyre plucks" (where hot tyres lift blocks). It creates a rugged, hydrophobic barrier that prevents water infiltration and shields the paving from oil and fuel stains. The coating is 100% UV stable, ensuring the natural matt finish preserves the original aesthetic of the blocks without yellowing or adding a "wet look" sheen.

Professional Application
For the most effective finish, this product is best applied using a sprayer to ensure even distribution without disturbing the sand joints, though solvent-resistant rollers and brushes are also suitable. It requires a two-coat application to achieve the full protective properties. The surface becomes touch-dry in 3-4 hours, with full vehicle traffic permitted after 24 hours. Note: Ensure joints are re-sanded and the surface is bone dry before application to prevent moisture entrapment.
