Description

High-Build Epoxy Engineering
This is the pinnacle of the Everest product line. HB Metal Enamel is a two-pack, solvent-free epoxy system designed for extreme industrial applications. Unlike standard paints that evaporate to a thin film, this high-solids formulation cures chemically to form a substantial coating thickness of up to 250 microns per layer. It fills pitting and imperfections in metal and concrete, creating a smooth, glass-like surface that bonds inextricably with the substrate.

Impervious Armoured Shell
Built for environments where failure is not an option, this topcoat offers our highest level of protection. The chemically cured finish becomes an inert shield, offering exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, solvents, oils, and hydraulic fluids. Its density provides extreme impact resistance, ensuring the coating will not chip, crack, or delaminate even under heavy physical abuse or machinery traffic in harsh internal and external zones.

Professional Application Protocol
Due to its rapid curing capabilities, this product requires a disciplined application approach. With a pot life of 30 minutes, it is designed for professional brush and roller application where speed and precision are paramount. Once mixed, the components react to create a self-levelling, high-gloss finish that transforms rough industrial surfaces into cleanable, showroom-grade assets that require minimal maintenance over a long service life.
