Description

Deep Penetrating Formulation
Engineered with a specialised low-viscosity resin, this solvent-free solution is designed to soak deep into the capillaries of concrete rather than sitting on the surface. By penetrating the substrate, it reinforces the floor's matrix, effectively binding loose aggregates and creating a stable, dust-free foundation. Its water-based, low-odour composition makes it ideal for use in confined internal spaces like factories, warehouses, and domestic garages where strong solvent fumes are a hazard.

Surface Stabilisation
This product acts as the critical bridge between raw concrete and high-performance topcoats. As a dustproofer, it stops the continuous shedding of concrete particles that plague untreated floors. As a primer, it dramatically increases the lifespan of floor paints by preventing delamination; it ensures the topcoat adheres to a solidified surface rather than loose dust. While it can serve as a standalone hygienic dust seal, it functions best as the "anchor" for Everest Quick Drying Floor Paints.

Versatile Application
Suitable for both internal and external environments, this dual-action primer and sealer offers rapid workflow efficiency. It is touch-dry in just 2-4 hours, minimizing downtime in busy industrial zones. Application is straightforward via roller or sprayer, providing excellent coverage rates. For raw concrete, a single coat primes the surface for painting, while two coats provide a durable, easy-to-clean seal that resists oil ingress and staining on bare floors.
